 The Ides of March is a simple cocktail with no exotic ingredients, yet the balance that its creator has found is spectacular.  Friday is Valentine's Day and one of the best gifts you can give is your time. A romantic dinner for two is very easy and one of the most thoughtful ways to say, "I Love You." For the dinner, many of my colleagues on the About.com Food Channel have excellent suggestions including Janet Zimmerman's Valentine's Dinner Menus and Elizabeth LaBau's index of Chocolate Recipes.
