Last night I was just beat, so I did something I rarely do, I went to bed at 8pm and slept until 6am. I woke up feeling pretty great, but it was also a reminder, that like many people, I am so used to running on too little sleep that the occasional night where I get a lot feels monumental. But this isn't just an issue that adults like me face. Teens are also suffering from a lack of sleep in record numbers!
