We all know that exercise carries some important health benefits. (If you're wondering about the specifics, this article tells you more about the health benefits of exercise.) So why aren't we all hitting the gym for those recommended 30 minutes 5 times a week at minimum? For many of us, time is a factor. Fortunately, there's a solution for this that most people love once they discover it: high-intensity interval training, or HIIT. This type of exercise has been shown to carry the same benefits as traditional exercise, but in a fraction of the time. (Really!) This Monday, we encourage you to learn more about HIIT, and decide on a workout that appeals most to your needs and lifestyle. Then follow through all week, and maintain this as a habit. It can add years to your life, provide you with increase energy, and make you look great, among other things!
