What's the most important meal of the day? Ask any school-age kid. Ask a nutritionist. Breakfast provides energy to get you through the day. It helps children do better in school by improving concentration and memory, and it helps us eat healthier during the rest of the day. Those benefits, among many others, make breakfast the one meal you should really never miss.

Eggs Benedict: A Timeless Classic
Question: How can you go wrong with poached eggs, Canadian bacon and Hollandaise sauce? Answer: If you're eating it, you can't. However if you're cooking it, the Hollandaise sauce can present a bit of a challenge.
