Many of those who make New Year's resolutions pledge to lose weight and embark on a diet of some kind. Some of those diets are sensible and sustainable, but many are not. Set yourself up for success and make realistic goals; curb some bad habits and introduce new and healthier ones. We're all different. What is right for one person may not be right for another.
