The food we find at holiday parties and family gatherings is usually delicious and plentiful, one of the more memorable aspects of this time of year. However, staying on a healthy diet can be quite a difficult challenge to pull off. What's more, when we start the new year with extra pounds, it can be more difficult to maintain motivation to stick with resolutions to exercise more, maintain a healthy diet, and stick to other healthy habits.
