From Elizabeth Scott, M.S., your About Healthy Monday Editor

(And, as we all know, stress management can benefit health in many ways.) Here are some stay-simple suggestions. We recommend that you choose one or a few today, and implement them starting this week. You'll be in the practice of simplifying life when the new year hits and you want to take on new goals! --Elizabeth Scott
