As I write this, I'm recovering from a sinus infection and my 10-year-old daughter is sleeping on the couch next to me with a fever and a sore throat. I'm hoping we don't pass our germs along to the rest of the family. Once we do recover, I've promised myself that we are going to do all we can to try to stay healthy.
