Oysters and caviar are high in zinc and amino acids, which can increase the production of hormones. Plus, they've both been recognized as symbols of fertility across civilizations--and there's something about their briny flavors that keep them on tables at date nights year after year. | Fruits of the Earth | Sparkle, Sparkle Well, alcohol is pretty much a no-brainer in terms of thing that help us cozy up and get down. "Champagne" is the catch-all term we use (and the French variety), but we're really thinking of other sparkling wines too, such as cava and prosecco.
