 | Happy May Day! The first of May signals a very busy weekend ahead. Among all of the season's celebrations that inundate the month, we have a couple of fun ones to get us started.  The new month means that it is once again time to announce the newest cocktail contest. The theme for May is Herbal Cocktails and you have until May 25th to enter. For this contest, I'm asking for your original drink recipes that focus on herbs. Fresh herbs are probably the most obvious use for this theme, but I am not opposed to drinks with herbal liqueurs, infusions, or other ingredients.
