June is coming to a close—and did you know that it is National Fresh Fruit and Vegetables Month? If you’re in a last-minute panic to make sure you get your greens (and you should—they’re packed with nutrients, fiber, and anti-aging compounds), don’t fret! We’ve rounded up some of our best ways to maximize your intake of the season’s most delicious fruits and veggies. (Tip: you can always freeze them and enjoy them later in the year!)
