Tomorrow, August 1, is the first day of the 22nd annual World Breastfeeding Week. The theme this year is A Winning Goal for Life. World Breastfeeding Week was launched to increase awareness about breastfeeding and to encourage support for mothers who nurse, as well as their babies. Additionally, August is National Breastfeeding Month in the U.S.
