It may not quite be officially fall yet, but school is back in just about everywhere, and where I live the trees are starting to change color. And you know what that means for videogames… It means publishers are getting ready for the holiday gift-giving season (yes, already), and soon we’ll be flooded with big releases and top picks lists. If you’re one of those folks who likes to be ahead of the game, Nadia’s got some suggestions, while Brian checks out recent downloadable releases. Eric, Charles, and Brittany play some recent games, while Michael looks at one that’s been delayed till next year, but is still much anticipated.

Charles seems to be playing old-style adventure games a lot, and quite enjoying them, too. This week he looks at a mixed-genre downloadable title that has a lot in common with point-and-click adventure, though it mixes in driving, platforming, and shooting, too.
