College football players are "student-athletes." Or, at least, that's what they NCAA tells us they are.

The National Labor Relations Board, though?

Well, they've got a different opinion on the matter. And they happen to believe that college football players aren't just "student-athletes;" rather, says the NLRB, they are also "employees."

And because the NLRB thinks that, college football now faces a very uncertain future.
