Cocktail of the Week: Roman Rasta Coffee
Roman Rasta Coffee

A little sambuca, a little dark rum, and a fine dark roasted coffee are all you need to create the Roman Rasta Coffee. If you are an anise fan, you'll probably really enjoy this recipe. If you are one of those that isn't sure about anise yet, give this a try because it is only a background flavor, accenting the coffee quite nicely. This is definitely an older, more obscure drink, but that takes nothing away from its possibilities and it may even surprise you. Get the recipe...

The gins available are ever increasing and a knowledge of the primary styles is good to have when you are scanning the liquor shelves. Learn the basics...
