July 14 is Bastille Day, France’s national holiday commemorating the beginning of the French revolution in the late 18th century. And as lovers of food, we sure are grateful for France and its culinary sensibilities. Between beloved French onion soup, perfect Parisian-style pastries, and—of course—an endless assortment of top-notch wines, the French really know how to live.
